Privacy policy

This site is operated by Elizabet Maria Ministries, based in Kissimmee, Florida.

To reach us about anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your information, use the invitation form linked from the Book page. It reaches us directly.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive the email address you type in. That is the only personal information this site asks you for.

We do not run accounts, and there is nowhere on this site to enter a password, a payment card, or an address.

We collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about which pages are visited and which buttons are used, through Vercel Analytics and a cookieless Google Analytics setup. Neither stores anything in your browser, and neither builds a profile of you. The cookie policy explains this in full.

Your email address is used to send occasional news about new music and upcoming events. Nothing else.

Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove your address at any time.

Newsletter subscriptions are handled by Formspree, which stores the address and forwards it to us.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes normal server request data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages and protect against abuse.

Visit statistics are processed by Vercel Analytics and by Google Analytics, the latter configured so that it sets no cookies and cannot recognise a returning visitor.

Some things live on other companies’ sites and are governed by their own policies: booking through Google Forms, merch through Big Cartel, event tickets through Connect4Christ, videos on YouTube, and music on Apple Music.

Video thumbnails load from YouTube. A video only contacts YouTube once you press play, and it is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We do not run advertising on this site, and there are no advertising trackers on it.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us their email address, contact us and we will delete it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to a copy of it.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
